It is my philosophy to work closely with my clients in determining the most comfortable and affordable way to get to the cause of the issue as quickly as possible. We will discuss why Holistic Practices and MindBody Therapies are so successful and review the inner realizations and self-healing that will take place during your sessions and beyond. A recommendation of the number of sessions and type of therapy best suited to your needs will then be agreed upon. Depending upon the results you are looking for, each of these systems work equally well together or as a stand alone therapy. However, many times the blending of systems is the most effective approach.
